Can anyone tell me what i'm doing wrong? I've uploaded the Newletter Subscribe Mod and have tried to edit:

email/header.jpg
email/email_template_newsletters.html
email/email_template_newsletter_subscription.html

and nothing changes in the emails I'm sending out. They all have the Zen Cart header image at the top and the copyright zen cart at the bottom. Are the real files I need to edit buried somewhere? Thanks in advance, Mark.
