Template width won't change back???

I've just changed my template width in the css stylesheet to 100% to see whether I like dit or not. After looking at it I decided to go back to 740px, but it won't change when I view it in either IE or Firefox.

I have cleared my cache and tried again, but it's stuck at 100%

I've rechecked the css file and it says 740px and my ftp client confirms it has been uploaded. I have tried uploading the file 5 or 6 times but to no avail.

HELP PLEASE!!

Tried uploading the file again and now it's worked.
