Where Did They Go????

Hey,

Not sure where this question would fall within the realms of the Forum, and am a bit of a Newbie to the Cart. However, I have been happily adding Products to the Cart, and double checking them on the Public site until.... they just disappeared from view..... Admin shows all the products as listed and live, and I have deleted anything or changed any settings.... they just do not list on the public site anymore.

It first occured on one Category, where I only had 4 products keyed in, so I deleted it, and re-inputted the category, I even changed the name. I re inputted my 4 products and nothing...there in admin....not in public.

So I left it for a while and started inputting another product group, everything was fine until I finished the 11 item, and these too disappeared from the public site.

I have not been into any of the other settings whilst doing any of this...so I am at a complete loss???

Can anyone shed some light on this for me??

You're right, I don't see your featured products either. Double check and make sure the product type is set to Product-General for the misbehaving categories.

Yeah,

I checked that, it was one of the first things I did check...but they are all set as they should be, exactly the same as the categories that are working.

Not sure what to do now???

I noticed on your home page on the bottom under Upcoming Products the Mass Effect Game. WhenI click on it it takes me to the Next Gen Consoles/Games/Xbox 360 Games category and it displays that item.

Question: Are all of the other products set with an Available Date?

No just that one so far as the UK release is this Friday.
