Email order confirmation total problem

Hello,
i have been using zencart 1.3.7 with linkpoint for a couple of months now, but now i have seen something strange happening.
When a customer receives a order confirmation email (html format, havent tested TXT format) the order total number doesnt show decimal points. For example:

1 x Product 1 (code: XXXXXXX) $7.45 --------- Sub-Total: $7.45 Per Unit (Best Way): $4.95 Discount Coupon: XXXXX : -$7.45 Total: $495Total should be $4.95

Anyone has any ideas how to fix this, it's very confusing for customers since they pay with credit card and they might think it was billed that much

Does this happen if no coupon is used?
What addons/contributions do you have installed?
Does the decimal point disappear on-screen as well during checkout pages?
Does the decimal appear in the My Account history order details?

decimal point only disappers on order email, in admin->orders there is just like it has to be with decimal point.
this for now only happens with one product who has discount enabled

How is that discount being applied?

discount is applied as 100% for this product only other categories are not allowed.
This is strange because for other products with discount it worked ok

If you change the 100% to 90%, does the decimal point still disappear?
