Sidebox throwing image above header?

Hi!

I am a new user and I have to admit I dont know too much about php or css but am trying to work my way through it. My problem:

When I mouseover the scrolling sidebox (this also happens when I scroll over new products when it is enabled) it seems to throw the image above the header. I cant see it because of the black background but I can select and see it in the source.

I would really appreciate it if you can point me in the right direction on how to fix this! You can see the site at http://www.millardglassworks.com
