Ok, I've managed to hide my product descriptions with CSS except for the All product page. Any idea what I can do to hide the All products descriptions?

Did you set "Display Product Description" to zero?
You can find it in Admin>Configuration>Product Listing

Well, I think it has to do with the productListing-even and productListing-odd classes but I am unable to decipher what the description listing for that would look like to display none. I need the actual listing to remain for coding. Or should I be looking at the #allProductsDefault .centerColumn or #allProductsDefaultHeading.
