Default How do I change my "product not found" page?

Hi folks, we list a lot of stuff in google base so often get people trying to get to our products from a direct link that includes the product ID number. Once the item is bought I want the page to say "sorry that item has already been sold" rather than the defualt "product not found" I have tried to find how to do this but have drawn a blank - anybody know what I need to do?
    Thanks in advance,
    Dave.

Hi DrByte, thanks for the response, being a non software sort of guy I don't understand what you have told me. When I do the search thing I get 5 results back so I assume all those files contain the same text string, I want to make sure I am not changing the wrong thing - how do I know which one I should be changing? Also the tutorial says to change it on my PC - do I have to use that FTP thingy to do that?

Assuming you're using the default product-type, this is the file:
    /includes/languages/english/product_info.php

Yes, you'll need to "use that FTP thingy"

And you should probably save your changes into an override folder named after the custom template you're building. There are more FAQs on templating and overrides etc:

and many others in the FAQ area.
