Where and how to change a certain code - body background image, sidebox changes

I'm not sure if I need to put this code in the stylesheet or elsewhere.

When you are first doing up your zen, the background is white inside, and I think I found the area in the stylesheet to change that but....I'm not wanting just a color, I want to place a background in there of my own so what I would like to know is, how do you change the code to read an image file, not just #ffffff? I am assuming that I have to put that image into my image folder as well.

On another note, would the same apply for making my side box categories? Like if I want to use an image that is 140 x 40 to make actual menu buttons that have newest items, search, products, etc.

I don't like just colored boxes, LOL. I have to be difficult...sorry.

Hi shdesigns2007 to set an image for a back ground, You'd save and upload the image in your includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/images/ folder, then set it as the body tag's background image.

background:url("../images/your picture name here.jpg"); Or

background:url("../images/your picture name here.jpg") repeat;


if it needs to repeat itself.

Put the image into the includes/templates/YOUR_TEMPLATE/images folder.
