Limiting access to customer's account

Hi

I'm asking for help to anyone who knows how to limit access to customer's account on certain pages on the web.

Senario:
I have a database of tutorials. Customer purchases a repair part. How do i grant him access to that particular tutorial? How do I block off access to all the tutorials from everyone else so that they can't view them?

Is there any mod or programs that i can use? Your help is greatly appreciated! thanks =)
