There are just three steps and they're explained in this FAQ Entry.

    OK. I understand the confusion.

This is isn't a menu path. You have to actually edit some of the files on your site, so that FAQ Entry is giving you a path to a specific files on your site.

My advice to a 7-year-old would be that Zen Cart is probably too complex for 3rd a grader, I recommend waiting until you get to high school. But that's probably not an option here

You're still looking for a solution in your online Admin area. I'm afraid that's just not where it is. Your site is made up of over a 1,000 files (technically called scripts) sitting on your web server. It has a directory structure very similar to a PC, but access to it is more difficult and the options available vary depending upon what the your hosting provider makes available to you (though FTP is usually available).

You need to download, change and re-upload some of those files. I'm afraid there is a level of complexity here that cannot be avoided and there really isn't an answer to all this that can be pitched at the level of a 3rd grader.
