Tell a Friend error

I am getting this error when trying to send a Tell a Friend email:

"Error: Your email address does not appear to be valid. Please try again."

The email address is correct: [email protected].

This error does not occur at the Contact Us page.

Why the error?

Glad you fixed it, maybe you could help in fixung my error. For some reason my alignment of the tell a friend screen is out. Contact us is also fine. It cuts of the screen. It must be a file that was edited, but hoe do I go about finding the fault.

It looks fine in FF, and IE 7. But this is the culprit in IE 6:

TEXTAREA {

float: left;

margin: auto;

display: block;

width: 95%;

}

IE 6 doesn't like the float: left with a % width. You can comment it out, or
remove it.

Sorry about that, I was a little embarrassed, because the only problem was that I didn't fill in the fields correctly when testing the tell a friend function.

I am having trouble getting the "Tell a friend" sidebox to show up. It was on the site at one time and now it's gone. I checked to see that it was turned on and the left hand column was set on also in the Layout Box Controller.

Any ideas
