    Default Different Shipping for items

I am working on a cart that has some perishable items and I want to restrict them to being able to ship overnight only. I have other itmes which can ship regular ground. I am using the Fedex module, but I don't see where this is possible. Any ideas?

    Thanks,
    Kris

What happens on a mixed order of perishable items and a bag of rocks?

    Ummm, I give up...

I would of course want any order containing perishables to go over-night. The perishables in this case are cheese. The non-perishables are things like soap.

Right now the shipping options allow Fedex Home Delivery and Express Saver, which take too long. I would like a better solution than telling people in the cheese descriptions that their order will be rejected if they don;t use over-night.

If there is an identifier for the Products that are perishable such as anything in categories_id ### or all Products with the products_model that contains XXXX or something like that ... then you could customize just the shipping module ...

If you don't have an identifier then you would need to add a flag or a field to the products table for this or have an additional database table to flag these products_id so you can test the cart content to know what to enable/disable on the Shipping Module ...
