First thoughts:
I'm using Firefox. The word 'search' is wider than the button on which it sits.
Currency: Canadian site? Shouldn't Canadian Dollars be the default curency?
My IP address is in the footer. I don't ever like that. I'd suggest you switch it off.
Buttons, like 'Sign Up' and 'Login' are not anti-aliased. The edges are jaggly.
Do you just take PayPal? That will put a lot of people off IMO.
Other than that it looks pretty enough.
Hope that's some help.
Oh, clearance item prices are near-impossible to read in that colour.
thanks we worked on it a bit more.
currency we have Canadian as default i think but we also have the usd , GBP, and euro set to the individuals country ip and i'm wondering if they are working if someone from the us comes on the currency should be USD etc. is this working?
i'll have to figure out how to get rid of the ip thing at the bottom. i'll do that right now.
as for the buttons i think they were created for a white background ill have to look at that when i have time in Photoshop.
as for payment options we don't just offer paypal we offer COD, email money transfers etc. it's just that paypal has that cool little link that to get people to make the leap and use us as they never have to provide credit card info to us

Then you need to clarify it. Your customers wouldnt bother to click on the link to check.
It happens in real life too, I never ever bother to step in a restaurant that does not display Visa/Master/Discover cards acceptant signs.
I no longer provide installation support on forum for all my modules. However, if there are real bugs with the modules please feel free to contact me
Being in Canada I notice all pricing was in Canadian dollars.
So showing the currency of the Country the Visitor is from would seem to be working correctly.
To remove IP from showing in footer:
Admin > Configuration > Layout Settings : Footer - Show IP Address status [false]
Where I noticed a problem is the FAQs.
- there is no link on every page, only the Index page
- clicking a Question link opens a new page -- which has blank Content

Why have you got a 70kb black background image? What's wrong with css?
Your striped grey/black image is also far larger in filesize than it need be - as are just about all the images (except the product ones which are handled by Image Handler...which doesn't seem to be working fully in Firefox - no zoom function. You may find that uninstalling and reinstalling IH from within admin does the trick.

It's only my personaly opinion, but if I go to a site that is in pounds I expect it to be in England. To be honest, with the cost of shipping, and the time involved how many customers are you going to get from outside North America?
I would prefer to pay in Canadian Dollars and let my credit card company deal with the exchange rate.
Anyway that is only my opinion.
Personally I think your site is looking pretty good, I like the industrial styling. However, the buttons really let it down and the search bar is not in keeping with the rest of the site.
