currently I am using the flat table rate for my shipping... but this is really not accurate for my International orders. I have tried to sign up with USPS, but I do not know how to run a test API.??? How can I configure my cart to calculate for international verses US orders???? HELP!!!!

My International customers are getting a GREAT deal on shipping... and it is not enough... so I need help.

Anything would be helpful at this point.
