Attribute Error

When adding an attribute I get an error that says "1136 Column count doesn't match value count at row 1
in:
[insert into zen_products_attributes values (0, '33', '1', '1', '5', '+', '1', '1', '0', '+', '0', '0', '1', '', '1', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0', '', '', '0', '0', '0', '0', '0')]
If you were entering information, press the BACK button in your browser and re-check the information you had entered to be sure you left no blank fields."

can anybody help?

Sorry but I do not know much about ZenCart files/configurations. The link did not help me (could not understand how to fix my problem from it) and do not understand what you mean by Dheck your Signature - Where are they now??

You get what you pay for!!
They are as you state "cheap hosting for Zen Cart" But apparently do not support your efforts over or above just being a host. As you are experiencing issues and are admitedly less than up to speed with Zen Cart (or other php applications) - They are not there for you to assist.

Use your FTP Client and check the files for any ZERO byte length files....

Thanks but my webhost is very willing to help me when I need it. I just figured I would ask via this forum to see if anybody has had this problem before and figured that the creators of the system would be able to help me more than my webhost techs.

the only zero byte file I could find is sitemapezpages.xml under the root directory.

Installed from a download or through Fantastico?
What Mods are applied?
Any other pertinent factors you can determine might be useful...

Version 1.3.7, installed from a download, installed mods: TY Package tracker, PDF order center, Customer Birthdays, Export Email addresses, mailing lables and Email Archive Manager as well as DHL and FedEx shipping mods.

sorry for the confusion. the ...... was not to rush but I had made a post that I did not mean to post so I edited it and replaced it with ..... I did not think about the way it would come across to people untill you said something.

For somebody who doesn't know much about Zen Cart, you're doing pretty darn good! :yes:


As you didn't mention when the problem started, fastest solution might be to start uninstalling your Mods, one at time, then check for the error msg. Once you no longer see it you'll know which Mod is causing the problem.

As far as when the problem occured, I am just now exploring the attributes so there is no way to know when it occured. As far as the mods I installed I know a little about simple programing and can do just about anything when I have instructions. I will uninstall the mods one by one but I was hoping it would be simpler as this will take for ever (wish it was a simple as clicking uninstall).
