Unwanted pages on site map

How do I get rid of unwanted pages that appear linked on the site map page? Right now the following unwanted pages are appearing:

* Conditions of Use
* Gift Certificate FAQ
* Discount Coupons
* Page 2
* Page 3
* Page 4

Turn off the Gift Certificate and coupon links by removing those features in Admin->modules->order total

Turn off the others via Admin->Configuration->Define Pages ... disabling pages and links is #3 if I recall correctly.
