help question Downloads do not complete -- when SPI firewall enabled

Sorry to post here, but I couldn't find a related topic.

I have a CRC error when I download from my zencart site. I know the issue is my router, Netgear. When I connect directly to the modem, there is no crc error otherwise I get the error. What could the reason be? How can I set this so that it doesnt happen? When I download zip files from other sites, it is ok. Only from my zencart site is the problem. even when I ftp it back to my computer, the files are fine. But if I use the download product feature, then there is the issue.

    Thanks for you help

Default Re: Downloads do not complete -- when SPI firewall enabled

I see that when I disable SPI firewall in Netgear router, my downloads work well. But with the SPI enabled, I get CRC error. somehow some packets are being counted as illegal by the firewall??? Has anyone encountered this issue with zencart?

    Thanks for your help

Default Help: Download CRC error when behind router

I tried to post this under another thread. I guess I was wrong. But here is the problem I am facing:

I have a CRC error when I download from my zencart site. I know the issue is my router, Netgear. When I connect directly to the modem, there is no crc error otherwise I get the error. What could the reason be? How can I set this so that it doesnt happen? When I download zip files from other sites, it is ok. Only from my zencart site is the problem. even when I ftp it back to my computer, the files are fine. But if I use the download product feature, then there is the issue.

I see that when I disable SPI firewall in Netgear router, my downloads work well. But with the SPI enabled, I get CRC error. somehow some packets are being counted as illegal by the firewall??? Has anyone encountered this issue with zencart? I can't reproduce the error when I download from other websites. Like I said this only happens when I download from my zencart downloadble products. My zencart and my router are not communicating well :)

    Thanks for your help
