i cannot send email from tools>send email, i have looked everywhere here to figure it out, but it will not work, i get this message:
Email Error: SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: whitedesichick##########################
could someone let me know whats going on?

I'm having this same exact problem when I try to send gift certificates...
It says "Email Error: SMTP Error: The following recipients failed: "
What am I doing wrong? And how can I fix it?
