Shipping Module Help

OK....I disabled the old mod...

Then re-enabled USPS with the new module in place...
re-entered the username API

but still get:

United States Postal Service United States Postal Service
We are unable to find a USPS shipping quote suitable for your mailing address and the shipping methods we typically use.
If you prefer to use USPS as your shipping method, please contact us for assistance.
(Please check that your Zip Code is entered correctly.)

I FOUND OUT WHAT WAS WRONG!!

I did not realize that the e-mail from USPS had a call-in number to set the PRODUCTION server to active. Reviewing the e-mail, I realized that we never did this!

So....we called, and now it works 100%

I am having the same UPS error so many other people seem to have had. I get the message

"We are unable to obtain a rate quote for UPS shipping.
Please contact the store if no other alternative is shown."

My zip is correct. UPS does cover my area. I am in the US. The selected products do not exceed my maximum weight. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the module. I still get the error. Help, anyone?

Now I have an error with the USPS mod---

I just switched over to the production server and I get the error:

"-2147219080 - Missing value for Country."

In admin>configuration>shipping/packaging, my country is set to US, and my zip is correct. What have I done wrong here? I imagine the same mistake is causing the problem in both shipping modules but I have no idea what i've screwed up.

HOLY CRAP I AM SUCH A RETARD----PROBLEM SOLVED...

I have been fighting with this all day and the whole problem was caused by the fact that I used a bogus address on my order, since I was just playing around testing stuff. Yes, I AM an idiot...
