barebones with CSS dropdown menus- broken

would a kind soul help me off this merry go round please,.... please.

i have a broken site at

and am stuck with a header only visible the body footer side boxes are gone.

i have reloaded barebones and files are identical from download and server.

i have been working with 2 different templates, then decide i would like to modify one so much that it would become my own 3rd style template. the two barebones based templates are not cooperating. classic and mistik are working fine. have been studying the override posts / wiki. rearranged directories per download and now am stuck.

this is very early in the development of the site and need just a little helping hand to get on with my concept.

what direction should i start correcting?

I went to the url provided and it said file not found.

Try re-downloading the template files. Then go into your sever, delete all the barebones files, and upload the fresh files and see if that doesn't help.
