Problem with showing Sponsors sidebox

Hey guys.I've got this problem for quite a while..pages with "sponsors side box" won't show up like this site: www.cabinetnvanity.com

I've installed zen-cart 1.3.7 on this server:
FreeBSD 4.11-STABLE #0: Wed Jun i386
PHP Version: 4.3.11 (Zend: 1.3.0)
HTTP Server: Apache/1.3.33 (Unix)
Database: MySQL 4.0.24

Is there a compatible problem with FreeBSD 4.11 ?
