Here's a hint.

When coming to the Forum to research a problem, why not use the Search feature?
As USPS is the problem in this case, a Search would have returned a few threads; one of which includes the fix.

Point well taken- searching on USPS came up with the solution, but also a way to subscribe to Zen Cart Release Announcements so I might see solutions to problems I didn't know I had!
