When the gift balance is used to cover almost all (eg 95% or 20p) of the total amount of an order, the customer is not taken to the payment provider, but instead is shown the payment success page as though they covered the full amount with their gift balance.

This is happening with several payment provider modules (one core!).

Is this a bug?
