minimum order amount

hello,
i'm trying to set up a minimum order amount on all products in one category.
I have downloaded the module from the downloads section, (minimum_order_amount), its installed correctly but i cant fint it anywhere in my admin to set it up.
Anyone know what to do?

Assuming its the same mod I just installed:

As it stands you wont be able to assign it to just one category. It prevents checkout of the contents of your cart if the amount (sub-total) is less than the value you enter in:

Configuration->My Store->Minimum Order Amount
