New install changing css only center shows

Hi

I have a new install. I have created custom directories and copied the contents of classic into my custom css.

Now I can only see the centre panel.

The classic still works. I have completely reinstalled and still have the same problem. I have not yet tried to change anything.

The sideboxes need resetting in admin/tools/layout boxes controller. Reset button at bottom of the page.
