Havin an issue with the Shopping cart page I'm hoping someone could shed some light on.

Problem: User logs on and adds item to cart, goes to shopping cart page

and the page only shows about half of page ie... doesnt show drop down menu, sidebar, footer.

Also the shopping cart page goes from https to http so the page becomes unsecure?

Possible/probable cause is the shipping estimator. If I change the shipping estimator to the "button on shopping cart page" option things seem to work OK.
But I really want to use the "list on shopping cart page" option

Anyone have any suggestions?
