Could you tell me which core file holds this info? I want to swap that out with a new one and see if that fixes the issue. Thanks!

What core file holds the data for "Change Shipping Address"
Somewhere along the way I did some thing to this core file and the Country won't stick. What is the name of the core file I need to replace with the original? Thanks!
