Fixed Shipping Cost by Manufacturer

I sell different products from different manufactors. For one manufacture they drop ship the products directly to my customer and charge me the following rates:

First package: $15.95
Each add'l package: $5.95

Therefore everytime I sell a package from this one manufactor, I want to follow the same shipping charges. However if I sell a different manufactor, then I will use standard UPS rates.

How can I accomplish this?

No, actually the items sold from the manufacture is set but the other items get their freight calculated normally. This is because items are drop shipped from each manufacture to the customer directly.

What's needed is the ability to choose shipping types per item so some items can be shipped via Item Pricing and some items shipped via a table.

This is not an easy task nor is it impossible to do either ... but it would require quite a bit of custom coding ...
