Adding Set Fields to products

I'd like for each of my products to have set fields that I can populate when adding a new product.

For example, this store only sells wine. So I'd like a field for Varietal, Vintage, Producer, Tasting Notes, etc. When I add a new product, the fields would show up to be populated and then be displayed (along with their title) when viewing the product.

Does anyone know of an easy way to do this? Is there a method built into the admin area that I'm missing?

The easiest way would be to simply add these to the product description and use a little css to make them look as you wish.
