Help me Resize my Left Column

I have searched far and wide through this forum to find the answer to my question, and I can't seem to find the information I'm looking for anywhere...

I will warn you that I am using a Template Monster template....

I cannot seem to get my left column to resize. I want it to about half the width that it is now...

I tried resizing the width from the Admin Control and that hasn't helped at all, I searched through my source files and everything... I've turned up with no solution.

You need to talk to template monster about that, since they don't follow proper Zen Cart procedures to create their templates.

Also, you can use the web developers bar in firefox to help you figure out what class in your style sheet to change. or give me a link to the site so I can try to tell you which class to edit.

You need to change the width for
#navColumnOneWrapperor
.left_cont2

could be both.

I don't know what the stylesheet name is but the usual zen cart uses stylesheet.css

With TM you can't control the column width in admin because they use their own classes.

thanks... i tried both and nothing seemed to happen. hm... i'll bring my problem to template monster.
