Skype sidebox

hi, i've a little problem..
I've installed skype sidebox, and everything work fine.
I've changed the configuration:

<a href="skype:YOUR_NAME_HERE?call">

with

<a href="skype:YOUR_NAME_HERE?chat">

because i want to start the help function not by voice but by chat.
I've changed, but when someone contact me, start voice contact and not chat contact..

Why?? someone can help me...

Hi,
it was simply.. and depend about skype option choosed.
In skype, options, configure to accept only chat and no one by voice, and it work fine.
