problem to view the top banner !!

I have a problem with my header banner as it shows in the attachment below, the bottom of the banner is hidden ! how to fix that ?

Someone will confirm (as I'm quite new to zen) but I think you need to change the height of your logo in your stylesheet

height:75px;
}

looks like your height is set to 75px at the moment.

I still can't figure out how to fix that! I want to delete the space between the top banner and the first boxes at the top of the page "please check the attachment"
