Page Size Issue

Hi,

I am using version 1.3.7 and I need to change the width of the template. I have made the change in my stylesheet to 1000 pixels

I have then changed my logo in the header to the page width, and it will look fine. However!

It pushes the (previously 'sales message goes here') in the header off the page and onto the next lines below. I need to remove this and just deleting the image doesnt work...

Any suggestions?

I have managed to sort the page width, I have it on a fixed 1000 pixels, for some reason it was playing up when using the percentages (probably me making the error!)

The issue I have now found is that my featured products are way to far away from each other and look really unprofessional...

How do I change this, is it in the stylesheet? I cant seem to locate it in the stylesheet or in the admin in the back end of the site???
