    Default Adding an admin

I have a friend of mine helping me build my site, I'm wanting to make it so he can log in to my zen cart admin. I made him a MySQL login and added him to my zencart data base. but he can't log in.

Get the Admin Profiles mod from the downloads section. It's easy to use and set up. You can give different users access to different things. Just remember to give yourself access to everything!

It's in use on the Holzheimer's site in my sig. I have access to everything in the admin. The site owner has access to orders, reports and packing slips.

You can control Administrator access from Admin->Tools->Admin Settings ... adding and removing and resetting users there.

Try that before you go installing mods.

Ah, I remember now... the mod allows you to give different users different levels of access.
