OK I'm stumped,

every product in this category when you view it's details there is not quanity field it looks like this is the only category that it is happaning on, I'm not sure where to start looking, I look to make sure that the product type was set to "Product - General" other then that I was not sure what to check, here is the link so you can see what I'm talking about.
