That's the message I get when trying to calculate shipping. This was just noticed today, it had been working in the past. This is for Canadian UPS rates. I have the UPSXML installed. I tried removing and installing it again and I still get the message.
Can anyone please help? This is urgent!

Zen Cart probably isn't the problem - If it worked before and it doesn't work now - the Server is down or there is another problem - possible that your host has changed something.
