Urgent. I have deleted all of my categories with one click

Some how I was deleting my old categories. I only had two old categories rest was new (10) . Some how all of my categories got deleted.

I have no back up. All of my products also gone.

Is there anyway to recover?

NEVER HEARD OF THIS PROBLEM,

but you might have clicked at the exact time you internet or webserve had a downtime for a second so half the data was lost and the data recieved was delete all.

if you have no back up then you probally lost the lot sorry.

you could try ringing you server company and see if they have a backup of server inforamtion!!
