    Default I need help.... my images won't upload

    Every time that i add a product and try to upload the image, nothing happens, i am able to list the product with no image.

    I erase the complete installation, and reinstall zen cart, but i still have the same problem.
    I have tried .jpg and gif images and still the same problem. Please any help will be appreciated. this is holding me up.

    How are you uploading the image? Are you getting any error message?

    when i list a new product, i browse to the image. than when i try to preview nothing happens. I only see the product info.

    Sounds like you might have permissions problems on your /images folder ... it needs to be "writable", which usually means "777" is the right permissions level to set on the folder.

    i have double check and they are all 777.

    does anyone think it might be the verion of zen cart. or a bug? I ve been reading several post about it but no fix.

    What version are you using?

    You can always upload the file manually via FTP.

    i am using the latest version 1.3.7 i uploaded all my files via ftp, i erased all the files and did a clean install. and i am getting the same issue.

    Perhaps your server doesn't allow uploads via PHP.

    Normally if an upload is attempted but fails, an alert message will appear across the top of the screen.
    If that's not happening, then perhaps your server's configuration is completely ignoring the request to upload the file via the browser.

    You may have to upload your images via FTP instead.
