USPS Shipping Questions

Dear Sir:
I remove and reinstall again but stiil have the same problem,
I set up the zip code in the configuration, and I update to the Nov package for USPS. May I know on the first box which to put

Enter the USPS USERID assigned to you for Rate Quotes/ShippingAPI.
In this field under the USPS setup I need to put the USPS ID whatelse I need to put into here. Anyone have a solution for this is great appreciates.

I removed the module and reinstalled and it is working now.

I have the same situation and I removed the usps.php and upload a new usps.php and then remove the old one and reinstall again, however, I still have the same situation that usps cannot located a suitable area for you. can you please let me know wher I might set it wrong.

I'm having a similar issue, in my test shipping estimates are simply not appearing. I can see the table just no results whatsoever.
