Free Shipping Options Module

I have Zen configured to use the Free Shipping Options Module and the USPS shipping module. I'd like to set it up so that six (6) or more items ship free or so any order over $33.00 ships free.

I've set the options for Item Count to >=6 and Total to >= 33.00 ... Free shipping appears as an option as it should, but it is also available for orders of less than six items and for orders of less than $33.00. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for any assistance! I'm new to Zen but after working with an eight year old cart, Zen is absolutely incredible...

OK... I've found the module (Admin, Modules, Order Total, Shipping) that allows me to set free shipping for orders greater than a pre-determined amount. That solves the problem for now based on the items currently for sale... It might be useful to offer free shipping based on the raw number of items ordered also later. Is there a way to do this?
