Category Links showing twice

I'm guessing there is something easy, but I've looked and I just cant find it.

I have the category links on the left...how do I get rid of those gray ones on top??

AND now I have a bunch on the bottom of the middle part...

Ok...found the TABS controller...now I gotta get rid of those bottom links.
