My EZ Pages Won't Work

I just can't figure this out....My EZ-PAGES don't seem to be working. I defined an EZ-PAGES under Tool-EZPAGES. I gave it the page title "test" and html content "test". Then, I enabled Header, Sidebox, Footer, and TOC. Next, I turned all of these options to 1 in Configuration-EZPAGES Settings. Finally, I turned on the EZPAGES sidebox....Nothing. My header did increase in size, but no ez page is there. No sidebox. No footer ezpages.

I have no idea what I am doing wrong. Can anyone help? Here is the site:

Did you give them a sort order in Header, Sidebox, Footer? 0 sort means off.
TOC is for chapters/articles under one link.
