Size menu???

go into your categories/products and click on the A to the right in the icons for one of the products. Go to the attributes controller.
You will need to make Option Names (Size) and Option Values. Make the first "Please Select a Size" and make it the Default and Used for Display Purposes Only.

Extra tip: I usually set the sort order to 0 for the default and then go 5, 10, 20 from there. Never know when you might have to add a half-size in there somewhere.
