Dutch Payment Module Problem Blank Page

I am using a module called Innopay for iDEAL payments; widely used in Holland. When now the clients want to confirm their purchases it hangs on this blank page .../store/index.php?main_page=checkout_process and stops further processings. (Module can be dl here: http://tinyurl.com/33cpll).

My server phpinfo: http://tinyurl.com/2kuka3 /(shared) - PHP5 en MySQL5. Using: ZC v1.37.1 full.

My error log readings are as follows:

I tried the new ZC v.1.38 without results, so lets talk about v1.37.1.

My PHP knowledge is bad/medium. Who can help me!

They have pages and pages about this iDeaL module. So at least, you're not alone in your struggles , and you might even find an answer to your problem.
