Blank screen on checkout-payment after upgrading to 1.3.8

What have you got in Admin > Modules > Order Totals?

I guess the only "mod" would be QUANTITY DISCOUNTS, but I tried disabling that and still the BLANK SCREEN

If you simply "view" all three Modules pages in the admin, and then go back to the storefront, do things work correctly?
- Payment
- Shipping
- Order Total

If not, please list all the addons/contributions used on your site, and which Zen Cart version you're upgrading from.

Remember, the upgrade instructions tell you to remove and re-install all shipping and payment modules affected by the upgrade.

After removing QTY Discounts and getting the blank screen, I refreshed the page and now the page appears.

It appears the culprit is QTY DISCOUNTS. I really need that mod to work though.

Seconded - Just disabled the Quantity Discount module - checkout_payment now works. No errors flashed up in the apache logs
