Missing Header, images and tables

Hi,

We are trying a first install of a zen cart and it has installed but with a
missing header, and other images, as well as a table structure to the page. The admin pannel also gives the error;

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

I have installed other zencarts on the same server without any problems!

All the permissions are set as they should be. We even installed a second time. If there is no real solution to this we may have to clear the directory out and reupload??

Try reuploading the files with a different FTP program?

I will try that tonight (Aussi time) and report back.

The base site is now up. Two things I did differently.

I cleaned out the old zen cart from the public_html folder.
I used my good ol Cute FTP Pro to upload files.
I also used my tried and trusted version 1.3.7 (did not have the new book graphics). Last time we uploaded 1.3.8

All is as it should be....
