Gift Certificate not showing up in Queue after ordered using Value GV mod

I am new to using Gift Certs and I am having problems.

My client wanted to allow her customers to enter the value, so I added the mod to allow that to happen (Value GV-Mod)

It appeared to be working fine when I tested it. I never actually clicked "Confim Order" until today.

So for my test I added a $1.00 GC to my cart, logged in, went to PayPal for payment, back to the cart, and completed the order. I was giving a receipt from Zen Cart and another from PayPal for the $1.00 I purchased.

However nothing with a coupon/gift cert code in it. When I enter the Admin section there is nothing listed under Gift Certificate Release Queue or Gift Voucher's Sent, so this is not working as a Gift Certificate, just a stand alone product.

Any idea what is going on? I followed the setup instructions to the letter and double and triple checked for accuracy.

Any help from some more experienced Zenners would be GREATLY appreciated!!!

I also set the inventory at 99, and it didn't subtract one from the total count of the product.
