Whole lot of customisation questions

Hi
I'm currently working on this webpage for my cousin
www.napavi.no/shop

and i have a whole lot of minor issues i need help with, or at least someone to point me in the right direction.

Here goes:

1. How do i spread the links inside the "ribbon" out so they are distributed the whole length?
2. How do i place an image/ flashfile where today it says "Velkommen gjest! Vil du logge inn?"?
3. How do i make it so that the buttons (like next/ previous/log in etc. only are text instead of images?
4. Some of the products are produced for the customer and thus always in stock. Is there somewhere to specify this or do i just have to set stock to a real high amount?
5. Is there a module that allows customers to put attachments to their orders?

I am forever grateful for any help.
Have bought the very good book so if there is somewhere that explains what i'm after there then just refer to page no.

Any suggestions and criticism is also welcome :)
