Subscribers doesn't exist?

Just added the Amazon-style checkout, but an older issue is reappeared for some reason. I doubt the two are related, though. Don't ask why, I just don't think they are.

When you try to create a new customer, and you click on...

1146 Table 'jirpub_zencart.subscribers' doesn't exist
in:
[select count(*) as total from subscribers where email_address = '[email protected]' ]


I'm still a newbie, but my guess is that I'm totally missing something... I'm not sure which file or folder may be absent, though. Can anyone point me in the right direction, here? We're about to run full steam with the BCS Bowls oncoming, yikes!

I got this error when I hadn't installed the Newsletter-only Subscriptions mod
after my upgrade to 1.38.

It's probably something like that.
