Looking for... Mass Order Update

We have a lot of downloadable customers who require updates on their orders to redownload their products.

Is there a Mass Order Update mod or script that would help us get this done faster?

I would be willing to write a query, but that bypasses the emailing system to notify the customer and it would take some calculating for the day count on the expiration. I would rather it be a page of some sort where you can enter a bunch of order numbers and have the system send an email and update the download count and day count.

I also needed this same thing. There is a contribution called super orders. It has the ability to do this. I installed the contribution, but I only installed this functionality as the rest of it seemed too confusing. If you install the contribution on a test install you can figure out how to only install this feature.

thank you!! :) I have a PM into BlindSide?? to see if we could get this to work outside the admin area for a customer service rep to do without getting into the store and having access to all the information.

you could install the admin access contribution. That would only allow a person to access certain things that you specify.

That was a fun one to have... it made us crazy and we weren't totally convinced it worked 100%.
